If you are following the Fall Out Boy’s drummer’s twitter like I told you to several posts back, you know about vegan fitness. I wanna get a breakdown of his whole work out, but have to settle for bits of stuff. I know he does not do abs, cause he said he works out with a whole range of motion and that works the abs. He did not show us a picture of his abs though. We do see that he has some heavy shit, thanks to twitpic. Also he has the same bike as me, but he will not dying screaming in traffic cause his has breaks.

I will demand fallout boy post his after workout meal details. The vegan pizza parties he posts photos of do not cut it for me!
